For amendments, including changes to delivery details, products, or recipient information, we will do our utmost to accommodate your request where possible. Late amendment requests cannot be guaranteed, particularly for same-day or next-day delivery.

Returns & Refunds

As flower arrangements and most related items are perishable, your statutory right to return goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply. However, at Barkingside Flowers we are committed to customer satisfaction. Should there be any issue with the quality or condition of our products upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, providing photographic evidence if possible.

If it is determined that the goods were defective or not in accordance with your order, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion. Refunds will only be made to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that minor variations in colour, size, or arrangement style may occur due to the natural qualities of fresh flowers, and will not be treated as defects provided the overall value and effect are maintained.
